Shipping Procedures
At Kaaya Natural customer satisfaction is our top priority, and this is why we take the utmost care to deliver your item to you as safely and fast as possible. Our shipping process eases your everyday life, letting you focus on your priorities instead of working out the logistics. Your item is shipped and monitors your order from there until it is in your hands. Since delivery is not in our control, we cannot commit to a definite timeline, however, our agreement with our courier partner is to ensure delivery within 7 days from pickup if the address is in India. This could be delayed in case the location is remote or you are unavailable to take delivery.

Order Tracking
You can view all updates to your order status as well as your package’s location at any time from your account page. For any further assistance on your order status, you can contact kaaya natural support at any time and we can connect you to the local courier in your city who will be delivering your order.

Availability
Stock and availability shown on this site are for your reference only. While we strive to maintain the most accurate and timely information on stock and availability, it may change between the time you added an item to your cart and the time your order is processed. In rare cases, an item may become out of stock, or the number of units that you ordered may not be available. In that case, we will contact you to confirm how you would like to proceed.

4.)  Refund, Returns & Cancellation

Order Cancellation
In case the order has not been shipped, you can simply write to us at care@kaayanatural.com to cancellation of any order. We currently don’t process the cancellation of partial orders, and all cancellation requests will lead to the cancellation of the entire order only. In case the order has already been shipped (we send an email when we ship an order), please inform customer support and do not accept the shipment.

Returns Policy
Beauty and personal care products are usually non-returnable. However, if in an unlikely situation of an issue with the product received by you, you could either request a replacement or a refund. We will initiate the replacement or refund after the products are received by us in unused condition and in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact. We shall, unfortunately, not be able to process returns of any opened/used product(s).

 Refunds policy
In case of cancellation before shipment for a pre-paid order, refunds are processed within 10-12 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation request.

In case of cancellation after the goods have already been shipped, refunds shall be processed in a maximum of 10-12 working days from the date on which Kaaya Natural receives the returned goods.

All refunds will be processed on the initial payment mode selected at the time of placing an order. In case of post-delivery refunds for cash on delivery orders, the refunds will be processed on the bank details shared by you via email.
